Satisfied.

The Jetparks 1,2 are convenient, close to the airport with regular bus service. They are currently undergoing refurbishment which was a little disconcerting, but good CCTV and regular security patrols maintain good security.

The ease of booking was very good and we had choice of two car parks to use. What was slightly disappointing was when we went to Jetpark 1 it was full and Jetparks 2 looked closed. Did find out later that there is a lot of construction going on in the car parks but it is worrying that it was difficult to find a parking space. Once found everything went well and I would definitely use again.

Confused start because the paperwork indicated Jet parks 1/2 but they are in fact 2 different places so we had to reverse away from the barriers and go to the other one! Good for us there wasn't a queue behind us otherwise it would have been a right mess and stressful at the start, which you just don't need!

Voucher stated jet parks 1 or 2 but the barriers wouldn't open at 2 the operator I spoke to said I should have been at 1. This should be clearly on printed voucher. Other than that superb.

Apart from the horrendous puddles on a wet day Jet Park 1 is ideal.

The booking process was efficient and easy to follow. The price was very competitive. We printed confirmation of the booking with all the information we needed eg directions to find the car park and how to access the facility. On arrival at the car park we followed the said instructions but the automated barrier did not recognise our reg number so we needed to use the help button. This hiccup was sorted within minutes and we proceeded to park. The bus to the airport was very frequent and dropped us at the entrance. On our return the bus came within minutes and we were back at the car park quickly.

These car parks are very well located and useful, I would normally give a "5" however the bus driver didn't stop at the terminal required for my wife to get off (T3), he said "I didn't think anyone wanted that one, If you stay on I'll be going back round in about 20 minutes" which wasn't possible as she was already running late due to a problem with an amendment to the car she was trying to park, the number plate recognition system hadn't been updated with the new info. Park & Go were extremely helpful and sorted that out very efficiently, so for that, many thanks to them! I WILL use their services again as they have no control over bus drivers employed by Manchester Airport!

This car park is easy to find but could do with some better drainage as some of the puddles are quite big, it is also a bit rough to pull cases to the bus stops, I will use again as it is easy to to get there and transfer is only short it is also value for money.

All very smooth and easy but the number plate recognition system never works for my car.
